TurnKey OpenDoor is an AI-powered consultation and agent matching platform. We connect clients with licensed real estate agents based on their needs and preferences.

Important: TurnKey OpenDoor is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate advice. We serve solely as a matchmaking service connecting clients with licensed professionals.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the right to enter into binding agreements.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during consultation. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not abuse or attempt to manipulate the AI assistant
• Respect the privacy of other users

TurnKey OpenDoor provides the Service "as is" and is not liable for:

• The actions, inaction, or professional performance of matched agents
• The outcome of any real estate transactions
• The accuracy of information provided by the AI assistant
• Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages

We serve solely as a matchmaking service. Any relationship formed between you and a matched agent is governed by separate agreements between you and that agent.

All materials on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of TurnKey OpenDoor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials without our written consent.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service will first be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any legal proceedings shall take place in California courts.

TurnKey OpenDoor is not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not provide real estate advice, participate in transactions, or receive commissions from real estate deals. We provide solely a technology platform for connecting clients with licensed agents. All licensed agents in our network operate independently and are solely responsible for their professional services.
